"Zikas" is a term used to refer to the multiple women taken as concubines by Anasûrimbor Kellhus[1][2]. This name derives from the small libation bowls used on the Day of Ascension[1][2].
There were at least seventeen Zikas, ten of which, according to Esmenet, died in childbirth[3]. A total of thirteen children resulting from these unions were born alive, but possessing severe deformities[3]. These were all drowned in wine according to Nansur custom[3]. Esmenet recalls that many people were murdered to keep this secret[3] (it's unknown if this included the surviving Zikas).
